We have had two successful nights of auditions and our third and final audition begins tonight at the Flickinger Center at 6pm. Don’t hesitate! You could be a flying monkey! Maybe a Winkie! You even have the chance of being a Lion, a Tiger or Bear! OH MY!!

Auditions begin tonight for AMT’s summer production of “The Wizard of Oz”! They are located at the Flickinger Center and begin at 6pm. During the auditions, you are asked to sing a short selection and read a short selection from the musical. Come on out and have a blast this summer and be a part of the Wonderful World of Oz!

Announcing the 2013 Season!
AMT is pleased to announce its 2013 Season! Fresh off the success of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” this spring and the upcoming summer production of “The Wizard of Oz”, we are excited about the continuing lineup of stellar shows. The roster includes “Clue: the Musical” in the spring, “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” in the summer and the “Rocky Horror Show” in the fall. A Job Well Done!
This past weekend put a close on AMT’s spring production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”. We would like to shout out to our fantastic cast and crew for all the hard work, time and effort that they sacrificed to make the show a success! It is the efforts of community volunteers that help keep the arts alive in Alamogordo.
If you want to be a part of the Alamogordo Music Theatre, you will not have to wait very long until our next show “The Wizard Of Oz” coming this summer! There will be no rest for the wicked, auditions will begin next month! Start breaking out those audition pieces and get ready for a trip over the rainbow!
